Hotel Reservations
You always get the best rates when you book hotel rooms with the Academy's official hotel reservation provider, Expovision. We have negotiated with hotels in Chicago to bring you the lowest pricing available AND you can earn all of your hotel loyalty points. Reservations open on the Academy's hotel page beginning June 26 for members.
Registration Changes and Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, a written request including your name must be received by September 18, 2024, at registration@eyecelerator.com. A per-person, cancellation processing fee of $75 will be assessed. No refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received after the March 6 deadline. Registrations are non-transferable.
