Hotel Reservations
If you have not yet reserved your hotel room, please do so online now. The Academy has negotiated special rates with hotels in San Francisco to bring you the lowest pricing available. When you book your hotel room with the Academy's official hotel reservation provider, Expovision, you can also earn hotel loyalty points.
Registration Changes and Cancellation Policy
To update your registration, please contact the Eyecelerator Registration team directly at registration@eyecelerator.com or by phone at +1 415 561 8566.
If you need to cancel, a written request including your name must be received by Wednesday, October 4, at registration@eyecelerator.com. A per-person, cancellation processing fee of $75 will be assessed. No refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received after the October 4 deadline. Registrations are non-transferable.
